The charge is to update stored telephone numbers (as these systems installed by developers are linked to home phone / mobile numbers of residents) as not hard-wired and handsets in the properties. Cost relates to engineer attending to update panels.
This does not apply to sites with Intratone Intercom panels. These can be updated by NRM property management department (PMD) via their portal. Please email details to us (if you are a tenant you need to provide your tenancy agreement to confirm you are the current tenant).
