Our team is responsible for maintaining high standards of upkeep and management of the development. This includes appointing site staff to handle day-to-day operations and contractors for cleaning, gardening, repairs, maintenance, and redecoration.
We review the Service charge annual budget every year and monitor actual expenditure against estimates throughout the management year. This sets us apart from our competitors and is one of our key indicators. You can find more information in the Budget and Account Section.
Service charges are allocated and invoiced as per the terms of your Lease or Transfer. We prioritise the protection and security of residents and the development while complying with individual lease or transfer requirements. We arrange regular maintenance of facilities and systems such as door entry, fire detection, and lifts and offer a 24-hour emergency call monitoring response service.
We also ensure that the communal parts of every development comply with current safety regulations and that relevant risk assessments are organized as required.
