NRM is pleased to confirm that following a full competitive tendering process carried out by the Board of Directors of SASCO against a number of local managing agents, we have been appointed to take over from September 2021 (following the decision by the previous agent to withdraw their services).
NRM is working with the board of directors to review all aspects of the development (insurance/budgets/contractors/specification of works) to look where improvements in services, cost savings and communication can be improved.
We look forward to working with the Board of Directors and all owners and residents on the development.
