All Service Charge accounts for developments with the service charge budget year-end of 31/12/2022 have been completed and uploaded to the NRM Portal. You will have also received a letter advising you when your specific developments accounts were ready to view (and copy retained on portal account) along with brief note explaining whether a surplus or deficit.
These must be completed within 6 months of the year end, but typically these are completed within 3 months.
