We have written to all clients of NRM (both the Directors of RMC/RTM and property owners) to notify them of change of entity as the managing agent for their development.
As part of a recent corporate restructuring of Norwich Residential Management Ltd (NRM), the management agreement previously held by NRM has now been transferred to NRM Managing Agents Ltd.
NRM Managing Agents Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Norwich Residential Management Ltd.
Please rest assured that this transition will not result in any changes to the quality or continuity of our services. The same dedicated team of staff will continue to manage your development, and all aspects of management will remain unchanged.
We will continue to use the trading styles Norwich Residential Management and NRM so you will not see any changes in email addresses, websites, service charge demands or the NRM Portal.
